Ally introduces her crazy yet loveable family. It reads like a funny, hippy soap opera. Karen McCombie’s awesome fictional family is super-weird, but also kind of wonderful. Imagine living with an airhead sister, a space-cadet little brother and a crazy cat. That’s what Ally (‘the normal one’) has to put up with. Her family are loveable weirdos. Her house is halfway between an animal hospital and something out of the TV show Changing Rooms. As for everyday life – friends, school and all that? Well, that’s cringey, crazy-making and brilliant to laugh at.

I think this book is alright but i wish they were a little bit more intresting they are really simular to the other ones stella etc.
