Murder Most Unladylike #1: Murder Most Unladylike
It’s Agatha Christie meets Malory Towers – and every bit as great as that sounds. Picnics, hi-jinks and jolly evil crimes. Hazel Wong and Daisy Wells have started a detective agency at Deepdean School for Girls. At first things are a little quiet. (Unless you count the mystery of Lavinia’s missing school tie.) But then Hazel finds the science mistress, Miss Bell, lying dead in the Gym. She thinks it’s a terrible accident. But when she and Daisy return five minutes later, the body is gone. Now Hazel and Daisy not only have a murder to solve. They have to prove that one happened in the first place. Preferably before the killer strikes twice…

This book has a safe feel about it, even in the midst of murder, yet at the same time, every tiny thing in the room while you are reading this makes you jump as you are on the edge of your seat. Five stars, amazing.
