Stephanie’s Uncle Gordon wrote horror fiction. But when he dies and Stephanie inherits his estate, she discovers that though his books may have been horror, they weren’t exactly fiction! Pursued by evil forces intent on finding a mysterious key, Stephanie finds herself facing vampires, demons and hordes of fiendish baddies. As all hell breaks loose, can the wise-cracking skeleton of a dead magician save Stephanie’s skin? A mesmerising fusion of weirdness, wit and terror, this sensational novel introduces a unique hero: skeletal sleuth Skulduggery Pleasant!
