Friend or Foe

Evacuated from London, David and Tucky feel as if the war is a long way away from their new life in the countryside. But one night the skyline of the moor is lit up with gun flashes, and the distant crump of bombing shatters their new-found peace. Then a German bomber crashes. The boys expect to hate the airmen inside. But things get complicated when one of them saves David’s life… This gripping wartime tale from a master author shows how good and evil are never black and white.
