The Chronicles of Narnia #1: The Magician's Nephew

You probably thought it all started with the wardrobe – but no. This book is where all the magic began. And without it, the magical world of Narnia would not exist at all. On a daring quest to save a life, two friends are hurled into another world. It’s a dangerous place where an evil sorceress seeks to enslave them. But then the great lion Aslan’s song weaves itself into the fabric of a new land: a land that will be known as Narnia. In Narnia, all things are possible. And its wonder never ends.

I have only read a tiny bit of this look but the bit I read I found awesome and a bit confusing because I had already seen some of the Narnia films, I was also very/quite young. But don`t let this put you off it will be good.
